From fifteen rooms to a shared vision.
Our hospitality story began in 1996 with the 15-room Town and Country Motel in Piketon, Ohio. In 2007, the acquisition of Comfort Inn Piketon marked the family’s first franchised hotel.
Today, Drashtum brings an owner-operated perspective to hospitality management, investment, and development. We stay close to the property, the team, and the guest.

In hospitality since 1996, Manoj brings experience in acquisitions, finance, property oversight, and daily operations.
Megh Oilwala · Vice President
An Ohio University computer science graduate, Megh works across operations, partner relations, acquisitions, finance, renovations, and disaster response.
Ownership with accountability.
Our partners collectively own 26 hotels through separate property entities. This reflects the experience of our ownership network, rather than a single consolidated portfolio.
